Dr. David Washington

Dr. David Washington is the CEO and Head Facilitator at TCIT. He has spent his career serving the families of St. Lucie County as an educator, principal, and leader with the St. Lucie County School District. He currently serves as the Chief Deputy of Chris Craft's executive team at the St. Lucie County Tax Collector’s Office. 

 

Brenda Paulin-Walton

Brenda Paulin-Walton is the President of TCIT. As teenaged mother, Brenda dropped out of school in the 9th grade. Brenda found the courage control of her life, went back and got her G.E.D, enrolled in College Prep courses and graduated from community College. She later went on to Vasser College and obtained her Master's of Business. From welfare recipient to financial tycoon, Brenda is a self-made business woman owning multiple real-estate rental properties and other investments. 

She has over 30 years of experience in corporate America as an executive and financial literacy educator. Her life's mission is to serve the next generation by teaching them positive financial legacy where they leave WILLS and not BILLS for generations to come.

Windy Gavin

Windy Gavin is the Vice President of TCIT. Windy attended Cypress Lake High School and graduated in 1980. She then furthered her
education and received a BS/MS degree in Criminal Justice at Hodges University. She also completed a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Program at Hodges University. Windy was employed at General Electric (Fortune 5 Company) for 7 years,
Bank of America as a Sales Associate, Probation Officer for the 20 the Judicial Circuit for 10 years and currently employed as a Diversion Program Manager at SalusCare, Inc. She is currently pursuing certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate.

Waliya Cisse

Waliya Cisse, is the executive assistant for TCIT.  She is the mother of 3 adult children, she graduated with a degree in Paralegal Studies. After which, she gained a sponsorship to do missionary work with orphaned children in Senegal, West Africa. As a member of TCIT, she is a successful entrepreneur helping people change their financial status. She feels rewarded by helping others change their financial future. The freedom of working her own schedule from anywhere around the world is exciting. 

Sabrina Taylor

Sabrina Taylor is an administrative executive with experience in public and private industry and relentless drive to develop and implement effective programs to benefit affected communities. Sabrina is a graduate of Tuskegee University and Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Social Work. Sabrina began her career in the not-for-profit arena which eventually led her to private industry. Within 20 years Sabrina became a Field Director at Janssen Infectious Diseases and Vaccines and assisted the company in establishing itself as a premier leader in the HIV Community.
 
Today, Sabrina provides consultative services to federal, public and private entities with a focus on talent development, strategic planning, fiscal management, executive coaching, and advisory board development.
